Installation of your product

To prevent un-necessary fault a qualified plumber must be used to install your new Faucet or Shower combination, we also recommend a plumber with experience in ceramic disc and thermostatic showers be used. If you are using dam or bore water in-line filters will be required to prevent grime build up on any o-rings and ceramic discs. Make sure you have all relevant technical documents ready as they may need referring to. These can be downloaded here if your copy is lost. It may also be a requirement of your local council if a plumbing inspectors certificate for submission to council upon completion of your renovation, please check with your local council to see if this is a requirement prior to commencing any install.

Caring for your product

For general cleaning a soft cloth and warm soapy water is all that is necessary to remove any surface build up. A chamois is best suited to prevent any surface scratches. Finishes such as Gold and Antique Bronze are softer than Nickel and Chrome so it is best to use the least abrasive products as possible. Under no circumstances should you use chemical agents such as Brasso or Metal Shine as these will strip the plated surface over time. If internal work is required please seek professional advise from your authorised plumber.
